This newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with engineering the software which powers e-Commerce. The Commerce DevOps Hub location is in Kraków, Poland.
As our Business Analyst, you will join a dynamic, cross-functional product team driving global initiatives in the Fintech domain, with a strong focus on ePayments for (e)Commerce. You’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment where business and technical experts collaborate to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric payment solutions. Your role will be key in translating business needs into actionable insights and functional specifications—ensuring that each product increment supports strategic goals and aligns with the global blueprint for ePayments.
You will support, guide, and challenge the Product Owner and team by identifying dependencies, blockers and opportunities, while maintaining a structured and holistic view of the product landscape. Your curiosity and problem-solving mindset will help uncover hidden challenges and drive innovation. This role requires strong stakeholder management across geographies and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Your responsibilities would include:
- collaborating with the Product Owner to gather, define, and prioritize requirements with global & local stakeholders
- translating business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows using tools like Jira and Confluence
- documenting requirements and solutions with precision and clarity, ensuring traceability and alignment
- analyzing dependencies and blockers across systems and teams, while maintaining a holistic view of the product and its ecosystem
- facilitating workshops and presentations to communicate findings, solutions, and progress effectively
- supporting testing and validation of product increments against acceptance criteria
- collaborating with both technical product teams and business unit's crossover different locations
- fostering relationships across global teams to enhance solution maturity and adoption
- ensuring quality and manage technical debt throughout the product lifecycle
- working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in global and complex project environments
- strong background in end-to-end Market-to-Cash (MTC) processes
- experience with Fintech solutions or financial technology platforms (nice to have)
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- proficient in Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools (e.g. Visio, Aris)
- structured, open-minded, flexible, and curious with a strong problem-solving mindset
- ability to zoom out for strategic thinking and zoom in for detailed analysis
- skills in documenting business requirements and technical specifications
- good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- familiarity with at least one major (data) cloud platform, e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP
- comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- experience with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments
- strong presentation and facilitation skills.
