Your tasks
- Support the design, development, and implementation of OpenText Archive Center solutions.
- Perform technical and functional system configurations.
- Lead testing, support, and troubleshooting of OpentText solutions.
- Conduct end-user training and create/update technical documentation.
- Identify and implement system improvements.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT teams and external providers as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with OpenText solutions, or 3 years in OpenText Archive Center.
- Strong knowledge of OpenText platform and integration solutions.
- Good understanding of Windows Server and MS Office tools.
- Solid business process insight and technical skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with SAP ArchiveLink, OCR, and OpenText Document Pipeline.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes.
- Experience working with service providers.
- OpenText certifications (a plus).
- Knowledge of SAP Basis, InfoArchive, and content management solutions.
- Retail or grocery industry experience.
- German language skills (a plus).
