Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders to define and execute content plans for a variety of projects.
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fluid, and constantly changing environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in writing, engineering, or scientific-related field.
- 2 years of technical writing experience.
- Experience documenting messaging applications and related platforms.
- Ability to identify, research, and implement process improvements that enhance cross-functional content delivery.
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain intricate technical information.

Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large documentation projects by scoping work, securing stakeholder buy-in, guiding execution, and communicating progress across teams.
- Develop comprehensive domain knowledge, understand technical Critical User Journeys (CUJ), product details, and anticipate the users’ information needs.
- Define documentation requirements with various teams, and work with engineers to create and update documentation sets.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and well-structured writing. Edit, revise, and restructure a wide range of documentation.
- Maintain and optimize the content experience by testing product workflows and incorporating partner feedback.
