- Create executive summaries, briefings, and presentations by synthesizing key information from strategy papers and analytical reports.

- Recommend and implement improvements, automation, and best practices in documentation workflows for greater efficiency.
- Managing Document Repository
- Oversee version control, release management, and organization of all project documentation repositories

- Introduce and maintain tools for the creation, management, and distribution of technical documents.

Requirements
- Proven ICT Documentation Experience
- Demonstrated experience in writing technical documentation in the ICT domain, including requirements documents, project management documentation, system guides, and online contextual help.
- Domain Expertise
- Strong knowledge of ICT terminology, technologies, and concepts relevant to technical, user, and project documentation.
- Needs Analysis Skills
- Ability to determine documentation requirements (content and format) through collaboration with users, designers, programmers, and engineers.
- Proficiency in Design and Authoring Tools
- Skilled in using graphical design software, authoring applications, and office automation tools.
- Document Management Knowledge
- Experience in creating and applying document management policies and procedures.
- Presentation and Training Delivery
- Expertise in developing and delivering technical presentations, training sessions, and supporting materials.
- Documentation Tools Configuration
- Ability to recommend, configure, and maintain documentation tools such as Wikis, SharePoint (MOSS), or equivalent platforms.
