We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Technical Writer!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain technical documents: guides, manuals, workflos, contextual help, reports
- Develop and enforce documentation standards
- Ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables
- Collaborate on layout, graphics, and formatting
- Produce executive-level reports and synthesize key messages
- Recommend and implement documentation process improvements
- Manage document repositories, versions, and releases
- Maintain documentation tools and ensure quality of user-facing system messages
- Manage standard project vocabulary
Our Requirements:
- Experience in ICT documentation: requirements, project docs, user/system guides, contextual help
- Strong knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts
- Ability to assess documentation needs through collaboration with technical teams
- Proficiency in design, authoring, and office software
- Experience in document management policy development
- Skilled in presentations and training delivery
- Ability to recommend and configure documentation tools (e.g., Wikis, MOSS)
- Understanding of software development technologies
- Quick to absorb technical content
- Clear communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate information from programmers
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Polish at C1 level
