Technical Support Engineer (3rd Line Support)

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Engineer with strong 3rd Line Support experience to join our growing technical team. In this role, you'll be a key player in delivering and supporting our solutions for clients — from complex technical troubleshooting to collaborating on project delivery with internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues across infrastructure, network, and application layers.
- Work with internal teams (Customer Success, Account Management) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage and support cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Configure and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automate processes with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and related tools.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and security best practices.
- Support system migrations, integrations, and disaster recovery efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and technical support.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficient with scripting languages and SQL.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL knowledge and certifications like Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
Bonus If You Have
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and automation.
- A good grasp of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly.
