Job Description
We're looking for a Tech Metrics and Reporting Team Manager to lead the Tech Metrics & Reporting Team at InPost Technology.
In this role, you will drive strategic insights, oversee comprehensive metrics frameworks, and lead audit, compliance, and financial monitoring initiatives across our tech organization. Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Strategic Direction
- Lead, mentor, and develop a Tech Metrics & Reporting Team of Operations Support Specialists
- Set strategic direction for metrics and reporting initiatives across the one tech team
- Foster data-driven culture and continuous improvement mindset within the team and broader tech team
Multi-Level Metrics Framework Management
- Enforce and support comprehensive metrics framework covering strategic C-level indicators, development/platform performance metrics, developer experience measurements, and operational metrics for infrastructure, security, and compliance across the tech team
- Ensure metrics alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
- Oversee implementation and optimization of metrics collection and reporting processes
Data Analysis and Reporting Oversight
- Supervise data collection, analysis, and reporting processes using Power BI, Jira, SonarQube, LeanIX, and CI/CD tools
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all technology metrics and reports
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Audit and Compliance Management
- Coordinate and manage IT audits and due diligence processes
- Oversee preparation and gathering of data for tax relief programs (R&D tax relief, KUP 50%)
- Manage audit timelines and stakeholder communication
Budget and Financial Monitoring
- Lead annual tech budget preparation and planning processes
- Monitor budget expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions
- Track and report on financial metrics and cost optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with finance and controlling teams on budget-related matters
Work Time Tracking and Capitalization
- Oversee work time tracking processes for capitalizing development work
- Gather and analyze project information to support payroll capitalization
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for capitalization purposes
Systems Inventory Management
- Maintain comprehensive list of technology systems across the company
- Collaborate with system owners to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Oversee system documentation and ownership tracking
Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Partner with all tech domains to collect and standardize data from various sources
- Communicate insights and recommendations to technical leadership
- Coordinate projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
Key Requirements
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and metrics management in a tech environment
Minimum 1 year of experience in team leadershipTechnical Skills:
Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Jira, SonarQube, LeanIX, and CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Ability to design and implement multi-level metrics frameworks (strategic, operational, developer experience, compliance)Analytical and Financial Competence:
Experience in IT budget planning and financial monitoring
Understanding of audit processes and tax regulations (e.g., R&D tax relief, KUP 50%)Soft Skills and Language:
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Power BI, data analytics, or project management
