Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized team assistant to join our dynamic international team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supporting a collaborative team, we would love to hear from you!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating team calendars to ensure optimal use of time and prioritization of tasks.
- Provide administrative support to leadership (mostly in Germany), including document preparation and correspondence.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation and transportation, and prepare detailed expense reports.
- Order and manage office equipment and supplies to ensure the team has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
- Support the planning and execution of events and workshops, including coordinating logistics and communicating with participants.
- Min. 70% of communication will be in English.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage and coordinate schedules effectively.
- Ability to support the planning and execution of events and workshops.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Two years of proven experience in a large organization.
