Role Overview
As a Talent Sourcer at Evotym, you will be the starting point of our recruitment process. Your main focus will be identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top fintech professionals across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sourcing, research, and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for fintech and related business roles.
Conduct initial outreach to candidates and engage them in the recruitment process.
Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
Track sourcing activities and continuously improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of sourcing or recruitment experience.
Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
