About the role
Our Fraud Escalations team is responsible for investigating and responding to fraud-related customer escalations across Revolut's products and jurisdictions. These special agents partner internally with Financial Crime, Complaints, and Legal teams on topics relating to fraud.
We're looking for Subject Matter Experts to sit within the Complex Investigation Unit (CIU). You'll be responsible for investigating and reporting cases related to fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. You'll also be solving complex problems to deliver solutions to stakeholders and executives who escalate FinCrime related issues directly to the CIU.

What you'll be doing
- Conducting reactive investigations into a broad range of financial crime-related activities
- Advising relevant Operations team members on risks identified from investigations
- Identifying potential gaps in Revolut’s systems and controls and proposing enhancements
- Drafting suspicious activity reports (SAR), including assessment and consistency of SAR filing obligations
- Ensuring information and intelligence sharing to other internal stakeholders, and encouraging closer working relationships between relevant parties
- Providing end-to-end solutions for escalations from executives and stakeholders
- Working closely with senior team members to build a best-in-class investigations team
What you'll need
- Experience undertaking financial investigations, preferably in a large financial institution, government, or law enforcement agency
- Expertise in AML/CTF governance, regulatory control frameworks, and best practices
- Good knowledge of risk indicators in relation to various money laundering and terrorist financing typologies
- The ability to work multiple cases, work independently, and meet tight deadlines
- Solid analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Fluency in English with impeccable communication skills
Compensation range
- Vilnius: €2,700 - €3,900 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €2,700 - €3,900 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
