About the role:
As a Senior Analyst, Global Consumer and Member Insight, you will manage custom marketing research projects from concept to reporting. Working closely with departments that request research, you’ll design studies, distribute surveys, and analyze data to deliver actionable insights.
You will prepare detailed reports with key findings and strategic recommendations, helping guide business decisions. While some support on design and analytics will be available, you will independently oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for development of questionnaires and moderator guidelines to ensure the necessary data is captured
- Build relationships with external partners, including managing quality control and providing clear instructions to vendors
- Assist with report creation, including writing, analysis, chart/table creation in Excel or PowerPoint, and following direction over creation of certain identified sections of the report, including actionable recommendations
- Conduct market research using secondary data (desk research)
- Be able to effectively problem solve logistical issues and adjust on the fly
- Proactively identify issues and suggest solution on how to make projects run more smoothly.
Our requirements:
- Min. 4 years relevant work experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills – strong in Excel
- Experience in questionnaire design in Survey Monkey, or any other tools
- Experience in compiling information and putting together reports
- Experience in data analysis and with data analysis tools/programs - SPSS or any other
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create slides/graphs/charts that convey key research findings in compelling ways
- Very good command of English - C1+.
