- Obsługa zadań underwritingu i claims w dedykowanym systemie: weryfikacja i przypisywanie zadań do poszczególnych pracowników, indeksowanie dokumentów
- Odpowiedzi na maile, kontakt telefoniczny z siecią sprzedaży, informowanie o etapie procesu, wyjaśnianie potrzeby dostarczenia niezbędnych dokumentów
- Obsługa zadań RODO
- Obsługa raportów

- Znajomości programu MS Office, Excel, Word.
- Doświadczenia w obsłudze klientów.
- Znajomości procesów biznesowych w branży ubezpieczeń na życie.
- Dobrej organizacji pracy i umiejętności koordynowania zadań.
