The position is located at Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdansk, Poland, with flexibility to organize your work between office and remote, in a hybrid work culture. In this role, you will report to the Manager, People & Culture, Poland.
Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center focused on customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership.
We are currently looking for two enthusiastic professionals to join our team!
The responsibilities will be shared between the two Specialists, based on the selected candidates’ experience, competencies, and career aspirations.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and executing employee lifecycle processes such as: onboarding, offboarding, performance, feedback, learning and development, to enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Providing support and expertise to employees and people leaders on various employment-related matters including labor law, administration and internal processes. Advising employees on People & Culture directives, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Coordinating and conducting the recruitment processes; fostering possitive candidate experience.
- Coordinating all local employer branding initiatives, providing benchmark and executing the agenda. Managing internal and external communications (including corporate social media channels) and providing content. Building strong cooperation with students and universities representatives.
- Being a practised user of our HR systems: SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc and LMS (learning system) and Time Management.
- Working with data (including Excel), supporting data management related tasks, ensuring high-quality data, preparing analysis, and interpreting data.
- Handling the People & Culture-related purchase requests and invoices.
- Coordinating and administering employee benefits.
- Taking part in providing selected Employee Lifecycle Services acress the EMEA region in collaboration with People & Culture colleagues in EMEA countries.
- Participating in and supporting People & Culture-related projects.

What you’ll bring to the team:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR / People & Culture operations (recruitment experience is a required), with a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and People & Culture administration.
- Excelent knowledge of Polish labor law. Very good knowledge of the law and regulations related to the employement of international employees is a plus.
- A collaborative working style, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work independently.
- Openness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly if needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish.
- A proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive data and information.
- A strong drive for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
