As a Sourcing Specialist you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates for positions in Clinical Operations in EMEA. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.

We are looking for an English-speaking Sourcing Specialist, with a direct sourcing experience in the Clinical Operations, and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing efforts.

Location: Poland (hybrid role)

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Engaging with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions
• Sourcing candidates by review direct applications, job board databases etc.
• Developing own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
• Managing job board advertising or client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness
• Engaging, phone screening and qualifying candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists
• Ensuring regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going. requirements and to share progress of activity
• Maintaining agreed service levels and targets

Skills & Experience

What you need to have to be successful:

• 2+ years of experience in direct sourcing for positions in Clinical Operations (Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Trial Assistants, Clinical Project Managers, Biostatisticians) is a must
• Experience in sourcing within the Biostats and Statistic Programming is a great asset
• Experience in various sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, AI, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
• Business fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with Candidates, Client and Teammates
• Strong customer focus and the ability to manage high volume
• Experience in the use of ATS (Workday), recruitment technology platforms, and AI tools
