S&OP Planner CEEJob Description
As an S&OE Planner (Personal Health) you will be responsible for matching operational supply capabilities with short term demand changes, in alignment with the teams in the sales region and Supply Chain Center following agreed allocation mechanism.
Your role:
Lead demand planning for specific business units by analyzing market trends, historical data, and customer insights to create precise demand forecasts. Aim to balance inventory and satisfy customer needs.
Keep the demand plan updated for the business units, ensuring timely updates for meetings. This supports informed decisions and strategic planning.
Gather sales, marketing, and consensus forecasts to support important meetings such as sales review, activity review, and demand sign-off meetings.
Analyze baseline forecasts and supply chain data to produce accurate sales and marketing forecasts for planning periods.
Review phase-in/out schedules and promotions, integrating them into a process that aligns with market demands and customer preferences for agile market adaptation.
Develop and maintain demand planning models and tools, creating strong frameworks for reliable demand forecasting and optimized inventory management.
You're the right fit if:
- Min. 3-5 years experience in Busienss Supply Chain (demand planning, supply planning) in an international environment
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data.
- Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in demand forecasting to meet business needs.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) effectively.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning (SCP) to optimize inventory.
- Very good communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
