Your Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct both white-box and black-box testing, ranging from low-level unit tests to high-level test planning and manual testing activities.
- Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and tools. Collaborate with the development team to select the best test automation tools and practices.
- Continuous Integration: Work closely with developers and DevOps teams to build and maintain continuous integration pipelines. Ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the software development lifecycle.
- Collaboration and Communication: Engage in conversations around requirements, environments, data, and reporting. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to test-driven development practices.
- Test Planning and Execution: Create detailed test plans and test cases. Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality and performance.
- Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software defects. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality
What we expect from you:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Metrology, or related field.
- Proven 3-5 years experience in software testing,
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar for test automation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and its components (pipelines, repos, artifacts, etc.).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Fluent in English
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
