What tasks are waiting for you?
- Define and execute test approaches for software and system-level verification of R&D Device Hardware test systems.
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation.
- Develop and perform manual and automated tests, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.
- Reproduce, analyze, and document defects, collaborating with developers for quick resolution.
- Provide on-site support to users and investigate defects directly on test systems when needed.
- Work closely with Agile teams to align and continuously improve testing practices.
- Support early defect detection (shift-left testing) to improve delivery quality and reduce rework.
It would be great if you:
- have experience in software testing, system verification, or similar technical field;
- are familiar with Agile development processes (required) and possibly SAFe framework experience (nice to have);
- have ISTQB certification or training in Agile testing methods (advantage but not mandatory);
- have ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
- have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- feel good in communication when working with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders;
- understand of hardware–software integration challenges.
