Your daily tasks will include
️ Handling CI/CD operations to test application and build artifacts,
️ Deploying artifacts,
️ Taking care of the environment where artifacts are running and monitor that environments are stable,
️ Supporting team in daily activities like debugging environment and advising them in planning feature implementations,
️ Taking care of environment security and automatization of common tasks.
The following will make you succeed in this role
️ Have experience with Kubernetes, Docker,
️ Working with Linux (preferably Debian/Ubuntu),
️ Troubleshooting/optimizing MySQL databases,
️ Using debugging tools tcpdump, ping, strace, ability to analyze logs,
️ Experience working with GIT, Gitlab CI and understanding how HTTP works,
️ Ability to take paid additional working hours
It’s great if you also have:
️ Experience working with VMware vSphere/NSX Edge or any cloud solutions (i.e.Azure, AWS, GCP),
️ Understanding the operation of network services, firewall, IPSec, etc.,
️ Grafana, the pyre of Prometheus.
