What you’ll do at Elekta
As a Service Operations Specialist who speaks Italian, you will play a vital role within Elekta Business Services, supporting the service structure across the organization. Reporting to the EBS Team Leader, you will perform a wide range of administrative and service-related tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement. Your contributions will ensure high-quality service delivery and streamlined processes—directly supporting Elekta’s mission to bring hope to everyone affected by cancer.
You will be part of a global, collaborative team and work in a dynamic environment where your expertise and commitment to service excellence will make a difference.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for performing the following tasks in accordance with company rules and procedures:
Supporting the creation and maintenance of Service Agreements in CLM throughout their lifecycle
Managing invoice distribution and assisting with resolution of billing queries
Coordinating cash collection activities
Collaborating with stakeholders on service operations and reporting
Contributing to process documentation, optimization, and continuous improvement
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence
Issuing Service Invoices
PO Collection
Creating Service Sales Opportunities and Quotes in CLM
Follow-up calls with Customer Survey
Management and prioritizing of submitted and/or delegated tasks
Supporting, train & mentor other team members
Performing other activities commissioned by Team Leader or Director, associated with the development of business and/or Service Operations department.

What you bring
You have a strong background in customer or sales service support, excellent language skills, and the ability to work across systems and departments. You’re confident navigating process documentation, optimizing workflows, and contributing to team-wide goals.
Advanced Italian, French and English proficiency (spoken and written)
MA or BA in Economy or Linguistics
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales service support roles
Experience working in ERP systems (Movex preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong process orientation and ability to write/read process maps, SOPs, and work instructions
Understanding of VA, NVA, NNVA concepts with a track record of workflow optimization
Strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of CLM (Service Max) is an asset
