Join our HR Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner! The Talent Acquisition Partner position is responsible for finding top talent at all levels of the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills and should be comfortable managing the entire recruiting process – from partnering with hiring managers to defining candidate profiles all the way through extending offers. This position works in partnership with Business Unit Human Resources throughout the organization and reports to the Manager Human Resources. This position offers potential for near future advancement to a regional EMEA working lead role.
DUTIES:
- Manage recruitment process and applicants consistent with regulatory and record-keeping requirements.
- Perform targeted candidate searches, increase applicant flow via internet job boards, employee referrals, local advertising, and social networks.
- Review resumes, cultivate referrals, pre-screen candidates to develop a candidate pool while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
- Facilitate interviews, provide feedback and decision-making meetings for hiring professionals.
- Maintain constant contact with candidates during the hiring process.
- Work in partnership with Hiring Leaders and Business HR Partners to ensure alignment in the recruiting process.
- Contribute to employer brand activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills both in Polish and English.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Ability to collaborate and influence all layers of the organization.
- Ability to leverage both the internal and external talent pipeline to identify the best candidate for critical roles.
- Knowledge of labor law regarding employment and hiring practices.
- High computer literacy and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday).
- Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment trends and practices.
- Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills necessary to maintain workload and manage competing demands.
- Strong initiative and proactive approach who actively seeks improvements in recruitment processes and can bring a fresh perspective to our team
