We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our new team in Nordic. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI tools and agents that will power our next-generation solutions at Nordic Semiconductor. Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and machine learning models.
- Work with LLMs, generative AI frameworks, and reinforcement learning.
- Develop robust and scalable AI pipelines and APIs.
- Collaborate with Development Teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Implement MLOps practices to automate and monitor AI workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and improve AI solutions for performance and accuracy.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, RAG architecture, and transformer models.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with MLOps concepts
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and model evaluation techniques.
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and model explainability.
