Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience with working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- Experience with Java, C++ or Python and Javascript.

Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers, designers, and product managers to infuse data-motivated insights into every stage of Pixel product development.
- Advocate data-motivated strategies, contributing expertise to key product decisions that shape future devices.
- Design and develop systems for collecting and analyzing data from Pixel device sources.
- Create tools and reports that provide clarity and insight for launch and executive reviews.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and data warehouses that serve as the foundation of investigative capabilities.
