Role: Senior Specialist - Package Implementation (SAP CRM)
Location: Warsaw(Hybrid twice a week to office)

Role:
- SAP CRM and C4C Consultant with at least 8 years of experience in handling CRM and C4C related developments with various custom requirements and validations
- SAP CRM system handles core customer service activities including logging and processing of all service interactions through phone email chat and webform channels Also covers customer onboarding ODDKYCAML for POS and ECOM and SAP CRM data is used for reporting in many different areas
- SAP C4C is used for core sales activities including account and contact management lead management opportunity management and contract management across Bus Data is also used for reporting within the organization
- SAP CCIS is the Master DATA CRM system used for more than 80 of onboardings in DACH
Key Experience Areas:
Good experience in CRM WEB UI Application Enhancement tool AET Worked on BOL Programming.
Good knowledge of BADI Implementations Reporting Classical Reporting Simple Lists Interactive Reporting UI Configuration Tool and Design Layer Configuration Factsheet and Web Service Tool IC Web Client technology and UI configuration Action profile TS preparation One order Framework Transaction Launcher CRM Base Customizing Experience in Interaction Centre
Mandatory Skills: SAP CRM Technical ABAP Web UI AET BOL Programming BADI UI Configuration SAP CRM Middleware Customer Interaction Center and Integration with SAP ECC
