UPM Marketing, Sustainability and Communications (MSC) Hub is located in UPM Business Hub in Wrocław, Poland and provides professional expertise for the global UPM organisation. We conduct activities ranging from graphic design, audio-visual productions, project management, digital communications to digital marketing. What you will do
Act as a strategic advisor to UPM´s business areas on lead generation funnels and drip marketing using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (SFMCAE), progressing leads from Prospect to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)
Design, build, and continuously optimize multi-step engagement programs and nurturing funnels using Engagement Studio
Support UPM MSC Hub digital publishers in creating emails, forms, custom redirects, as well as replicating engagement programs
Develop and maintain automation workflows, including automation rules, completion actions, segmentation rules, and dynamic lists
Implement and refine lead scoring and grading models
Manage opt-in and opt-out processes in compliance with data privacy regulations
Leverage Salesforce CRM integration for seamless lead handoff to sales
Configure and manage SFMCAE connectors (e.g., webinar platforms)
Demonstrate UPM values and nurture the great team spirit at UPM Marketing, Sustainability and Communications Hub
Who you are
You are seasoned in marketing and sales processes of a large b2b manufacturing company
You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent area of study, and a substantial five-year background and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (SFMCAE), or an equivalent marketing automation platform
You have a very good command of:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (preferred certifications Specialist or Consultant)
Lead and demand generation processes
You have at least basic understanding of (considered as an asset):
Customer Relationship Management platforms
Salesforce ecosystem
You possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues independently, complemented by your creative thinking which enables you to find effective solutions
You have extensive experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and onboarding for internal stakeholders, and your highly effective communication and collaboration skills enable you to present complex information clearly and persuasively
You are highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
You have at least C1 level of English proficiency (verbal and written) and preferably at least C1 level of Polish proficiency (considered as an asset) to ensure effective communication and collaboration with global stakeholders, team and partners, as well as great interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

The position is located in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.
This job requires regular work from office every week in hybrid working model.
The position holder will report to Team Leader, Digital marketing enablement at UPM Marketing, Sustainability and Communications Hub.
