Presales
Acting as a client advocate in the talks with potential clients.
Leading discovery meetings with clients.
Leading the process of solution design for the offered projects.
Analyzing the documentation provided by the client.
Workshops
Product discovery and design workshops.
Preparing the post-workshop artifacts (reports, project documentation, backlog).
Managing internal and external stakeholders.
Development Projects
Acting as a proxy Product Owner in the projects.
Requirements management and refinement.
Business and system analysis of the projects.
Conducting user trainings.
Documenting the knowledge about project.
Business development support
Speaking at conferences.
Participating in our content program.
Keeping internal knowledge bases up to date.
Researching the business and technical topics that align with Espeo strategy.

Here’s a set of skills we require:
Experience in consulting/presales work in the tech industry.
Solid track record of leading clients through the entire discovery phase.

Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like?
Video Task: Discussion of a case study during a recorded video session (up to 2 minutes) in English (focused on understanding your reasoning, business approach, English proficiency and self-presentation skills).
Profile Selection: Analysis of submitted applications to assess their alignment with the job requirements. Selection of candidates who best meet the criteria.
HR Screening: This stage will take about 30 minutes. A member of the recruiting team will explain to you the structure of our company and the specifics of this position. In addition, you can ask as many questions as you want to make sure we are the perfect place to work for you.
