Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Work as a part of the L3 support team
- Develop solutions according to functional and technical design specifications given in change requests
- Bug fixing enhancements of work packages and services
- Build and maintain IT solutions using technologies such as Java
- Participate in RCA of incidents and effort estimation
Nice to have skills
- Knowledge on Banking domain
- Experience using JIRA
- CCVB knowledge
- Block chain
