For our client, we are looking for:
Senior Quality Specialist – Nysa
For our client from the building automation industry, we are looking for a Senior Quality Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality on major construction projects in Nysa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure installation works related to Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, and BMS installations, as well as delivered products, are compliant with the highest standards, design requirements, technical guidelines, and customer expectations
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Verify the quality of subcontractor work on a daily basis (installation scope, cabling, cable trays, cabinets, etc.); analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Closely cooperate with the customer’s quality representatives
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or a related field on construction sites
- Fluent Polish (minimum B2)
- Strong knowledge of quality control regulations and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience in quality audits, NCR handling, FAT scope
