Senior Product Manager

What you will do:

• Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges, and inform product decisions.
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer needs.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, operations, finance and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery.
• Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and expectations.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
• Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.

What are we looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the fintech industry or ecommerce.
• 4+ years of experience working in an agile methodology environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in articulating complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives, clients, and partners.
• Strong data interpretation and analysis capabilities to inform product decisions and measure outcome.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage pressure, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Proficiency in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
