JOIN OUR TEAM
As Senior Product Data Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and high-quality product data that supports our operational excellence and enhances the customer experience. You will ensure the timely creation and management of product information (SKUs) and contribute to improving data processes, tools, and standards. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Warsaw.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- create SKUs on time and in line with the provided maintenance guidelines, ensuring completeness and accuracy of product data
- update and maintain product attributes, performing quality checks across all systems and processes
- manage the end-to-end SKU production process within agreed timelines
- generate basic reports, perform data analysis, and provide SKU information promptly upon request
- address potential data defects with urgency and identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or data quality for the benefit of the team and company
YOU COME WITH
- fluency in English (minimum C1 level) and clear communication skills, with an understanding of structured communication principles (e.g., the Pyramid Principle is an asset)
- strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and reprioritise when needed
- proficiency in managing and analysing large amounts of data, with good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with tools such as Jira Service Desk, Salsify (PIM), and Shopify (an advantage)
- a collaborative team spirit, focusing on shared outcomes, supporting colleagues, and contributing positively to the team atmosphere
- commitment to producing high-quality work, aligning with team and organisational goals, and actively pursuing personal development through performance reviews, development plans, and other growth initiatives
