Job Type: Permanent / Remote
Location: Fully Remote
About Us
Beffio Studio is a co-development art studio passionate about gaming and entertainment. Since 2013, we’ve been delivering high-end art production services to the world’s top game developers and publishers. From stylized to photorealistic visual content, we provide art direction, concept development, asset production, and technical art support for titles like Fortnite Creative, High on Life, The Medium, Circuit Superstars, and Battle Teams 2.
We operate as a fully remote, international team united by our passion for quality, creativity, and innovation.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Producer who combines production know-how with sharp soft skills and creative intuition. You won’t just be a project tracker — you’ll be a strategic partner and team enabler. In this role, you’ll help move projects forward, remove blockers, grow the team, and shape how we work. Think of it as part-producer, part-creative operator, and part team coach.
This is a multidisciplinary role, best suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, understands creative production, and isn’t afraid to take initiative. You’ll work closely with internal teams, freelancers, and clients — planning, problem-solving, and elevating our game development workflows.
Responsibilities
Project Ownership: Drive end-to-end production pipelines from planning to delivery across multiple art-focused projects.
Team Empowerment: Support the team’s creative and personal growth — spot process inefficiencies, identify improvement areas, and bring energy, structure, and empathy to the team.
Talent Sourcing: Identify staffing needs, source external talent (contractors/freelancers), and maintain a living database of vetted specialists tailored to project goals.
Proactive Leadership: Be hands-on in removing blockers, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every project moves forward — no babysitting, no waiting.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients as needed — from production updates to managing expectations and surfacing risks early.
Agile Mentality: Adapt to project shifts with a solution-oriented mindset. You’ll jump between tasks, improvise when needed, and keep one eye on the bigger picture.
Production Tools & Tracking: Use and improve our internal tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Notion) to maintain clarity, transparency, and measurable progress.
Creative Culture Building: Help nurture an open, feedback-driven, and respectful remote team culture.
Who You Are
Experienced: 5+ years in a production or project management role within the gaming, VFX, or creative industries.
Multidisciplinary: Comfortable moving between production planning, team support, communication, and business risk awareness.
Empathetic Leader: You support people’s growth, not just task delivery. You’re a team-first thinker who balances accountability with understanding.
Talent Connector: You know how to spot good artists and build a network of external collaborators when needed.
Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions. You make things move.
Clear Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English. Able to communicate comfortably with artists, developers, and external stakeholders alike.
Production-Savvy: You know what it takes to build real-time 3D art and can speak the language of technical artists, environment artists, and art directors.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a fully remote team
Familiarity with Unity3D and/or Unreal Engine pipelines
Past experience with building and managing freelancer rosters
Creative industry background (games, film, animation, immersive)
Fluent in other languages (especially Polish, Spanish, French, or Japanese)
What We Offer
Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere, with flexible hours (core hours: 10:00–15:00 CET)
Stability: Long-term collaboration with flexible contract options (including B2B)
Holidays: 20+ days of paid time off per year
Exciting Projects: Join projects with global reach and creative ambition
Professional Growth: Opportunities to grow into leadership and strategic roles
Supportive Team: Join a passionate, international team that values trust, initiative, and mutual respect
Modern Tools: Work with top-tier software and workflows tailored to remote production
Yearly Retreats: Join our in-person team retreats — a chance to connect, recharge, and celebrate milestones together in inspiring locations.
