Senior Pricing Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the rebates process, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual rebate calculations, accruals, and tracking of actual payments.
• Develop and enhance pricing KPIs, tools, and processes across all markets, using Tableau for reporting.
• Create and maintain pricing forecasts and models using statistical methods, delivering actionable insights on pricing strategies.
• Implement and maintain pricing intelligence reports for senior management and commercial teams.
• Actively support monthly pricing reporting and forecasting across regions.
• Collaborate with segment leaders, customer service, sales, engineering, and marketing to execute pricing and profit strategies.
• Support SAP OTC design and become a pricing systems expert.
• Handle regional pricing requests, quotes, and agreements (DACH/EAE).
• Support aftermarket pricing and campaigns (Rapro, Eucon data).

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• 5-7 years of experience professional experience in finance, pricing, data management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with ETL processes, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office, advanced in VBA, Power Query, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.
• Technical background with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Pricing, or data management.
• Knowledge in Data ETL (Teradata, Datalake, Cognos), SAP-Hana, and IBM AS400 is an asset.
