We are looking for a skilled Senior Platform CI/CD Engineer to join our Infrastructure/CICD team.
This role involves working directly with production-grade client infrastructure powered by Kubernetes and AWS, utilizing tools like ArgoCD and other cutting-edge cloud-native technologies. This is a technical, engineering-centered position requiring expertise across the technology stack — from cloud provisioning to network troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Build a reliable and scalable internal platform using Kubernetes, AWS, and complementary tools
- Operate and optimize production-grade Kubernetes clusters running on AWS with ArgoCD and related tools
- Enhance platform availability, stability, performance, cost-effectiveness, and the developer onboarding process
- Develop deployment strategies such as canary releases, dynamic environments, and chaos engineering
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and improve service delivery
- Analyze pipeline and infrastructure metrics to ensure high reliability and efficiency
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions for infrastructure and deployment systems
- Document and promote best practices for platform usage and operations
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in testing, security, and delivery processes
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in live production environments
- Understanding of Kubernetes in combination with AWS CDK or Infrastructure-as-Code tooling
- Proficiency in tools such as Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Argo Workflows
- Strong Linux command-line expertise, including debugging and system operations
- Solid knowledge of networking principles, particularly within Kubernetes, AWS, and broader internet infrastructure (DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancers)
- Background in managing infrastructure with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and practices for image build optimization
- Skills in CLI development, packaging, testing frameworks, security scanning, and code coverage tools
- Effective communication skills in English
