We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Platform / CI/CD Engineer to join our Infrastructure/CICD team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and evolving our production infrastructure, built on Kubernetes and AWS, while leveraging modern tools like ArgoCD. This hands-on position is ideal for engineers who thrive in complex environments and excel at optimizing cloud-native systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a modern platform leveraging Kubernetes, AWS, and essential cloud-native tools
- Oversee production-grade Kubernetes clusters on AWS, integrating solutions like ArgoCD and related tools
- Improve platform availability, cost efficiency, onboarding, and performance through innovative solutions
- Implement advanced deployment models such as canary releases, dynamic environments, and chaos engineering
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows
- Analyze pipeline and infrastructure metrics to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Contribute to architecture and design reviews for deployment systems and infrastructure
- Ensure thorough documentation and promote adherence to platform best practices
- Identify and drive automation opportunities in testing, integration, security, and delivery processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in production settings
- Expertise with Kubernetes ecosystem tools such as Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or Argo Workflows
- Proficiency with AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Strong Linux user skills for debugging and command-line operations
- Deep understanding of networking technologies across Kubernetes, AWS, and general internet concepts (DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls)
- Familiarity with containerization processes, including Docker, container networking, and image optimization
- Experience with CLI tooling, along with functional testing, code coverage, and security validation tools
- Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
