We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in .NET and Microsoft Azure, for our Client, a multinational investment bank and financial services firm.
It is a hybrid position for Wroclaw with 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technology solutions tailored to solve business challenges
- Create, test, deploy, maintain, and improve new and recurring applications
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze and refine processes and determine technical strategies with informed design choices
- Offer technical expertise and evaluations to support new software projects and improvements to current systems
- Produce high-quality code aligned with organizational standards and best practices
- Perform code reviews and ensure software testing as required
- Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Cloud Services
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with application development, testing, and deployment
- Background in ASP.NET and C#, REST
- Familiarity with microservice architecture and Cloud Computing concepts
- Knowledge of data structures and problem-solving techniques
- Skills in SQL scripting (MSSQL)
- Familiarity with Python scripting
- Understanding of DevOps concepts, including CI/CD principles, and the significance of automated testing
- Commitment to workplace diversity and contribution to fostering an inclusive environment
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities in English
- Background in financial services
