Principle Accountabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to gather and interpret key data.
- Provide timely, actionable reports that support strategic decisions and operational excellence.
- Actively driving analysis and insights to ensure that the GSC Finance Organization proactively captures business opportunities / risks
- Collect and consolidate forecasts for respective areas
- Continuous improvement of planning and reporting
- Support respective Head of Finance in driving standardization and providing transparency
Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant experience working in the Supply Chain or Logistics area as a Finance Analyst/Specialist/Controller or similar position
- Fluent in English (both verbal and in written)
- Excellent analytical skills and experience to deal with a large amount of complex data and provision of insightful analysis that can be understood by different stakeholders
- Self-Starter-Proactive searching and recommending improvement opportunities
- Very good communication skills with and confident to apply these in the different levels of the organization
