About the role:
Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for managing complex operations? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Facility Manager to lead the charge of overseeing the operations and maintenance of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

What you’ll do:
As our Senior Facility Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our buildings, technical installations, and media across all Electrolux premises in Poland. Your mission? To ensure our production, storage, and office environments are always at their best.
In detail, you will be responsible for:
- Cost Management: Overseeing the cost of operation for all premises within the assigned scope.
Integrated Facility Management (IFM) with service provider:
Managing the procurement and installation of all technical building infrastructure, including fire protection systems.
Overseeing the operations of all technical building infrastructure.
Overseeing planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of technical installations, building maintenance, and repairs.
Ensuring environmental protection and manage waste.
Supervising civil cleaning and site security.
Leading the Electrolux Poland Security Responsible Committee in cooperation with EHS Managers.
Coordinating the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) process in terms of site security.
Overseeing and ensure proper documentation of all FM activities, especially technical works.
Service Provider Management: Managing IFM services providers, overseeing security services providers and managing waste management services providers.
External Relations:
Representing the company in relations with authorities, external institutions, public offices, companies, and individuals.
Handling agreements, negotiations, and settlements.
Reporting: Preparing and submitting reports to the Central Statistical Office (GUS) on energy, gas, and waste.
Facility Management:
Overseeing building constructions, including green and brown field projects.
Managing building modernizations.
Implementing effective warranty survey and claim management systems. during the warranty period of buildings and technical installations.
Strategy Development:
Developing and adapting facility management strategies for Poland in cooperation with Plant Managers.
Performing tender and supplier selection based on facility management and procurement strategies in cooperation with Purchasing for, IFM services, Media supply, Construction works.
Cooperation with:
Internal parties, including Plant Managers, Health & Safety Managers, Engineering and Controlling Managers and Green Spirit Engineers
External Representation of Electrolux with Suppliers of IFM services, Management of Special Economic Zones, Mayors and Member of City Councils, Voivod Marshals and other officials as well as other suppliers (media and other)
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
8 years of experience in facility management or related fields within manufacturing environments or with a facility management service provider, with a strong focus on manufacturing.
Proven experience with new and innovative IFM outsourcing concepts.
Ability and willingness to create and implement new ideas at work.
Innovative solutions to achieve objectives.
Fluent in Polish and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively with other departments.
Willingness to travel between our factories and offices in Poland.
You’ll be based in one of our Polish factories in Olawa, Zarow, Swidnica, Siewierz, Zabrze.
