As a Senior Data Analyst at Allegro, you will be a pivotal player in driving our data-driven decision-making culture. You will dive deep into complex datasets to extract actionable insights that shape our strategy, optimize operations efforts and enhance quality as well as efficiency.
Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for the full analytics lifecycle - from asking the right questions and structuring analyses to delivering compelling insights that influence business direction. This role is perfect for a curious and analytical individual who is passionate about using data to solve complex problems in the e-commerce world.
Your main responsibilities:
- analyzing large datasets using SQL/Python to identify trends and areas for optimization,
- creating data visualisations using Tableau or Looker Studio,
- collaborating with project teams to develop product improvement strategies based on data analysis and forecasts,
- reporting key KPIs in the Operations area with a particular focus on quality metrics e.g. NPS (Net Promoter Score),
- participating in the creation of business solutions and providing recommendations that will help shape the work of the Operations area,
- collaborating with automation engineers to develop and implement automation tools (solutions based on ML, Chatbots, AI assistants).
We are looking for people who:
- have at least 3 year experience analyzing large volumes of data and can combine data from many different sources,
- have excellent and practical knowledge of SQL,
- have good knowledge of Python,
- knowledge of BigQuery, AirFlow and Git is a plus,
- have experience in creating data visualisations using tools like Tableau or Looker Studio,
- can identify problems and propose effective solutions,
- can communicate analysis results and recommendations in an engaging and intuitive way,
- know English at B2+ level.
