Join our team as the Senior Contract Administrator to collaborate with our stakeholders to ensure workflows, repository, integrations and contracts meet stakeholder requirements and create an efficient, secure and compliant contracting process.
- Updates and maintains UL’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool.
- Updates, builds, and maintains contract workflows in CLM for all contract types.
- Updates contract templates and clauses when approved changes are submitted.
- Maintains contract library including permissions, metadata, and views.
- Maintains knowledge base of CLM process, tool, and training documentation.
- Supports initiatives including merges and acquisitions to onboard new contract types to CLM.
- Imports legacy contract data to CLM repository as required and configures security settings and user permissions within CLM.
- Creates contract reports to provide visibility to stakeholders into contract effectiveness and process efficiency.
- Provides support, training, and subject matter expertise to stakeholders including sales and legal.
- Participates in enhancement and process improvement initiatives related to contracts.
- Supports contract data tables for use in signatory lookups, mapping of agreements to services, customer hierarchies, etc.

- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Around 5 years of working experience on a similar administrative position or in Commercial Operations with client contract experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify needs for projects or programs, formulate objectives, plan and execute projects and/or programs, and manage programs.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret stakeholder requirements and create and implement updates to contract lifecycle system.
- Strong business process understanding and organizational and effective time management skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English is a must.
- Experience with Ironclad CLM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, DocuSign, and CRM tools (strongly preferred).
