About the role

What will you be doing?
- Transform stakeholder chatter into crystal-clear user stories and technical specs
- Confidently configure Lightning, orchestrate Flows and fine-tune org settings without hand-holding
- Provide frontline support and create documentation that both informs and delights
- Hunt down process bottlenecks and polish workflows until they gleam
- Explore Salesforce AI features and weave predictive insights into everyday operations
- Navigate Gearset CI/CD, Jira, Zoom, the Distribution Engine—and beyondContinuous Improvement & Best Practices: Actively participate in reviews, champion industry best practices and robust internal processes, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
What are we looking for?
- Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin and Business Analyst
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on, user-facing Salesforce work in Poland
- Cloud Mastery: Equally fluent in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Self-Starter Spirit: You see what needs doing and act—no playbook required
- Eagle Eye for Detail: From object schemas to Flow logic, nothing escapes you
- Conversational Leadership: You guide discussions rather than dictate them
- Poetic Queries: You craft SOQL like verses—always hunting for tools that shave minutes off every task
- Documentation Discipline: You insist on writing that’s simple, accurate and memorable
- Education & Attitude: A degree in Computer Science (or related) is valued, but your track record and growth mindset matter most. We welcome inclusive, proactive candidates passionate about continuous learning.

🗓️ Annual Salary Review: We are reviewing the salaries of all our teams annually in order to evaluate an increase according to individual performance and the business results.
