Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Gather and track business and technical requirements
- Design business processes that deliver measurable value
- Architect data models and software processes for P&L systems
- Ensure all orchestrated processes are robust, monitored, and aligned with business needs
- Focus strongly on validation and quality assurance of all solutions
- Provide continuous project follow-up and tracking to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Manage Scrum projects, including backlog, sprints, and documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Monitor and follow up on production issues, coordinating their resolution
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a similar role, ideally in financial or trading environments.
- High level of English. Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proven experience with SQL, data visualization, or business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, process design, and business value delivery for financial applications, especially P&L.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on validation, testing, and project follow-up.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- basic knowledge of financial products, trading, or risk management.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Control-M for job scheduling and workflow orchestration in production environments.
- Familiarity with production support processes and incident management.
- Spanish speaker
- Experience with ActiveViam, Murex, Qlik, Big Data technology
