About the role:
This is a full-time role for a Senior Business Analyst - Life Insurance you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and driving business outcomes in the life insurance domain.

Location: fully remote across Poland
Working hours: as we work for an American customer, we can start the day between 9:00-11:00 am CET
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of workflow systems for claims and new business processes within Life Insurance, leveraging the Client's platform.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the effective use of the platform Rules Engine for adjudication, underwriting, and other insurance workflows.
- Work with core Policy Administration Systems such as Life400, Ingenium, and other Life Insurance platforms to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Ensure proper management and integration of scanned document processes, ensuring seamless workflows for digitized processes.
- Conduct and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at customer locations, ensuring business requirements are fully met and systems perform as expected.
- Provide ongoing support to life insurance clients, optimizing their use of the Neutrinos platform in claims, new business, adjudication, and underwriting processes.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within life insurance operations. Be adept at writing user stories, and using tools like JIRA.
Must-have skills and experience:
- Min 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specialization in Life Insurance claims handling, new business processes, and workflow systems.
- In-depth understanding of adjudication and underwriting processes within the insurance industry.
- Proven experience working with Business Process Management (BPM) systems, Rules Engines and familiarity with core Policy Administration Systems such as Life400 or Ingenium or similar.
- Experience working with scanned document processes and document management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing UAT at customer sites.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Southeast Asia and the Middle East for project and client support.
- Certifications such as LOMA, CFP, AAMAI or equivalent is preferred.
- Fluency in Polish and English (working in an international team and American Client).
