We’re building a platform that supports a SaaS application for large enterprises to facilitate strategic management processes. The product is designed to be highly interactive, communication-focused, and deliver measurable business value at scale.
You’ll work closely with the client - aligning priorities, presenting progress, and shaping technical direction. You’ll have autonomy over implementation details and will be included in decision-making.
This is a fast-evolving product that bridges the worlds of Artificial Intelligence and scalable infrastructure.

Salary: 18,000-22,500 PLN net/month B2B
You’ll be a great fit if you:
4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer
Solid knowledge of Elixir and its ecosystem:
knowledge about BEAM VM, clustering, message passing
familiarity with tools: ecto, exunit, phoenix, ETS
OTP knowledge
GenServer,
Supervisors,
Oban / Oban Pro,
Experience with:
PostgreSQL,
GraphQL (Absinthe),
Multi-tenant architectures,
Knowledge of Python, which is used to integrate our AI-core with the Elixir core.
Ability to write clear technical documentation.
Comfortable with direct client communication (daily syncs, demos, feedback).
Fluent Polish (internal team communication) and English (client communication).
Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and strong collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
Experience with AI tooling or LLM frameworks:
LangGraph,
Pydantic AI,
LlamaIndex.
Knowledge of:
Graph databases (RDF with Turtle format),
Elixir LiveBooks,
Data pipelines, channels, websockets, and real-time applications.
DevOps fundamentals -Terraform and AWS.
Open to learning new languages that might play nicely with Elixir (Rustler / Zigler).
