Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the team with security projects, processes, audits, and Data Center.

Responsibilities
Processes

• Supports the rollout of information security processes across all sites in scope

• Reviews less complex security and business continuity processes (e.g., access card key management process) within the Data Center and identifies opportunities for process improvement; may support process solutions

Project Management

• Supports security and business continuity projects across all sites in scope (e.g. security construction, security certifications)

Support to Data Center

• Tracks key performance indicators for physical security and business continuity

• Provides day to day support to Data Center Operations Security & Compliance

Compliance and Audit Support

• Supports security audits (internal and external) across all sites in scope

Data Management

• Collects security data collection and analysis

• Definition and maintenance of security-related documents (such as ISO 27001 documents)

Training

• Coordinates and schedules security training across all sites in scope

• Supports the development of training materials

• May conduct security training (for more experienced members)

Systems Support (Americas only)

• Possesses hands-on knowledge of security systems

• Provides security systems support and directs basic installations for Data Center Operations

Design Engineering (Americas only)

• Implements existing design methods and standards for new Data Center design engineering efforts

• May recommend alterations to design, development, implementation and analysis to improve quality of products, new technologies, procedures, and/or efficiencies

• Shadows manager or peers on initial drawing reviews of both internal and cross-functional designs

• Diploma

• Prince2 Foundation
