We're looking for a talented and motivated Scrum Master who'll help us to expand the capability of the world’s top PLM platform, Aras Innovator. Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant-leader and Agile coach, guiding one or more cross-functional teams in applying Agile principles tailored to the organization’s context.
- Focus on building high-performing, self-managed teams by fostering ownership, collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Create a psychologically safe environment where team members feel empowered to speak up, take initiative, and learn from challenges.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives, refinement sessions), ensuring they are effective, time-boxed, and value-driven.
- Coach teams to deliver valuable increments by key milestones, with special attention to release timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Support the team in realistic planning, estimation, and forecasting, enabling predictable and sustainable delivery.
- Actively identify and remove impediments, protect the team from uncontrolled scope expansion, and maintain focus on top priorities.
- Promote strong collaboration between Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of goals and priorities.
- Coordinate with other teams, participate in cross-team syncs, and foster system-level alignment, following principles inspired by frameworks for scaling Agile like Less, SAFe, etc.
- Act as a communication and cultural bridge across global teams, enabling smooth collaboration across regions, time zones, and diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Contribute to broader Agile adoption by coaching individuals and teams, encouraging an Agile mindset throughout the organization.
Basic Requirements:
- Experience in IT 4-5 years, 2+ years as a Scrum Master;
- Experience in work by Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP) methodologies;
- Experience building team and facilitation of evaluation to Performing state;
- English: Upper Intermediate+ level;
- Perfect interpersonal communications skills;
- Good understanding of SDLC;
- Highest education, preferably technical.
Preferred:
- Scrum/Less/Agile Certificates;
- Ready for trips in USA, Europe;
Knowledge of Russian would be an asset
