SAP HCM Consultant with German
Responsibilities:
- Advising our customers on the implementation and operation of SAP HCM solutions, from analysis to requirements management to implementation
- Project work (partly project management) with a focus on SAP administration, payroll accounting & time management (positive and negative) - including conception as well as SAP HCM integration into FI/CO and migrations
- Project work (partly project management) with a focus on SAP HCM personnel cost planning & SAP HCM organizational management, including the implementation of the conception
- Development and maintenance of SAP organizational management
- Implementation and maintenance of personnel cost planning and simulation planning
- Full-time/FTE consideration in the context of personnel cost planning (job planning in the public sector and in the healthcare sector)
- Implementation of customer presentations and workshops on SAP HCM personnel cost planning and SAP HCM organizational management
- Application Management for SAP HCM customers
- Implement and maintain the collective bargaining and legal requirements within the framework of the Retirement Assets Act (AVmG), time and value credits as well as the integration between HCM and FI/CO
- Conducting training courses for the sub-modules PA, PT, PY, PD, PKP and OM
- Development of the HCM portfolio
Requirements:
- Junior SAP HCM Consultant: min. 1 year of professional experience as SAP HCM / SAP H4S4 Consultant
- SAP HCM Consultant: min. 3 years of professional experience as SAP HCM / SAP H4S4 Consultant
- Knowledge of English at B2 level
- Knowledge of German at C1 level (or communicative and willingness to learn)
- Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in the implementation (customizing) of relevant processes in SAP HCM and SAP H4S4
- Experience in SAP Application Management for SAP HCM and SAP H4S4 or experience in SAP H4S4 implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield)
- Good knowledge of the SAP modules PA, PY
- Knowledge of personnel cost planning, organizational management, and SAP HCM integration into SAP Finance
- Willingness to travel and longer stays abroad (three two-weeks sessions monthly within 3 months)
- Willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with German social security and tax law as well as legal requirements and framework conditions in the area of German payroll accounting and their implementation in SAP HCM and SAP H4S4
Nice to have:
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation in the context of Application Management Services (ideal with Service Now)
- Initial experience with agile working methods (SCRUM, KANBAN or Design Thinking) and DevOps tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with SAP Activate, SAP S/4HANA deployment options and S/4HANA migration approaches in the context of HCM desirable
