Mission
We are looking a SAP FICO Consultant with strong presales expertise to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with customers to identify their needs, propose tailored SAP FICO solutions, and demonstrate the value of our services. This position combines technical skills with business development, focusing on successful project delivery and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing proposals.
- Analyze business needs and propose SAP FICO solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Deliver presales presentations, demonstrations, and tailored proposals.
- Actively manage technical and sales components of SAP project proposals.
- Provide expertise in SAP FICO processes and Polish localization solutions (e.g., KSeF, JPK, split payment).
- Support cloud and on-premise S/4HANA implementations and conversion projects.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Profile
- Proven experience in SAP FICO consulting and presales activities.
- Knowledge of Polish localization solutions and regulations.
- Strong network within SAP Poland/CEE and understanding of regional business environments.
- Experience with public/private cloud and S/4HANA projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- SAP FICO certifications and familiarity with SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with CEE/DACH localization needs and business practices.
