YOUR ROLE
Drive business growth by bridging advanced Industry 4.0 technologies with client needs. Operate in a collaborative ecosystem where engineering excellence meets customer business needs. Co-create tailored, high-impact digital solutions in cross-functional sales and presales teams, fostering innovation, openness, and long-term business value.
Your responsabilities include
Building and executing a Go-To-Market strategy for Poland
Promote Percall’s value proposition and offerings to generate new business opportunities
Identify new potential clients within the IT and enterprise solutions landscape
Engaging with potential prospects through various communication channels and develop strong customer relationships
Negotiating and closing business deals aligned with company objectives - AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and assigned quota
Understanding client needs, challenges, and business context to qualify and propose relevant solutions
Preparing tailored offers to clients and supporting them in envisioning the solution/project
Drafting proposals and participating in demonstrations in coordination with Pre-Sales and delivery team
Designing and co-leading client presentations and proposal defenses
Ensuring the quality of the proposed solution by collaborating with Delivery Managers and facilitating the handover to project teams
Contributing to marketing and communication strategies
Skills and experience
Proven experience in a sales role focusing on Digital Transformation in IT and industrial environments
Strong understanding of industrial processus and PLM, MOM, IoT, or similar solutions
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Comfortable in both client meetings and technical discussions
Adept at working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams in an international environment
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Results-driven and commitment to reach business objectives
Polish and English (fluent)
