Sales Development Specialist, is the first person to contact with gastronomy outlets in order to build the value of our brands. The role of Sales Development Specialist is created to provide excellent customer service and experience as well as builds sales based on its customers. This person works and supports the On-Trade team in which he works and is responsible for reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
What You Can Expect
Achieving given brand objectives.
Achieving appointed sales, distribution and visibility objectives.
Implementing and evaluating promotional activities – providing best solutions, timing and placing.
Regular and systematic customer visits according to work plan:
- Daily visiting 10 customers.
- Build database of 100 regular visited customers.
- Builds excellent relationships with customers.
- Developing account management capabilities by contract negotiations (under RSM supervising).
- Ensures optimum stock level within all serviced customers.
- Collects orders and controls deliveries.
- Collects and updates information about competitors’ activities.
- Conducts brand training for trade partners – under supervision.
- Responsible for managing POSM placement at customer places.
- Reporting on the Mobile Reporting System.
- Prepared to work flexible hours.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 3+ years of sales experience.
- Ability to quickly establish business contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Customer and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time and organization management skills.
- Knowledge of the gastronomy market in the subordinate area
- Knowledge of bartending trends.
