Position Summary
For a duration of 3 months (with potential to be extended to max 18 months) as a German speaking Chat Operator based in Poland you will be part of our international marketing department to support our clients by being the first point of contact via our chat system on our website. Join us!
What will be your responsibilities?
- To be in direct communication with our customers via our website chat
- Support customer queries by being the first point of contact
- Verification and correct input of client information into our CRM database
What do we require?
- Based in Poland
- High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
- Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
- Strong written and verbal skills in German (C1 or above) and English (business proficiency)
- Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team
- Willingness to commit to a 18 month project
