What you need to become part of A4BEE:

• Solid background in analog nad digital electronics design, power supply circuits, and communication interfaces (RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, USB)
• Hands-on experience in soldering (SMD/THT), working with power tools, and prototyping
• Experience in assembling and connecting electrical components
• Experience using measurement equipment
• Familiarity with the operation and design of communication peripherals: I2C, SPI, UART
• Understanding of design-for-manufacturability (DFM) principles
• Proficient English (B2/C1) and strong interpersonal communication skills
• EMC testing experience (spectrum analyzers, chambers), SEP certification, or exposure to high-speed digital design

Nice to have:

• Maintain version control (Git) and support integration with scripting (Python, Bash).
• Basic knowledge of STM32, ESP32 microcontroller programming, basic knowledge of C/C++ and Freertos
• Familiarity with QMS (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA, GMP)
• Knowledge of MDD/MDR regulations
• Side projects, DIY/hobby electronics or maker experience is highly valued.
